This was a delightful session. So much to unpack but feeling much lighter. Looking forward to working on some things and also the next session.

This is the best thing I have ever done. Mia is very professional. I feel improvement every time. This is an experience you can not explain to anybody , but it is something I wish everybody can do at least once.

Went in with low spirits and after the discovery session I feel hopeful and ready for the full session
